Questions
If you want colour that reads as entirely your own, the answer is likely yes. Every appointment begins with an honest conversation about what will genuinely suit your hair, your skin tone, and the way you live. Clients who want their colour to look effortless, rather than recently done, tend to feel at home here.
Good colour is not about the day you leave the chair. It is about the six weeks that follow. Every appointment is built around how the work will grow out, settle, and continue to flatter long after you have left the studio. Maintenance becomes the exception, not the routine.
Yes. Bond-building treatments are used wherever the work calls for them, both within colour services and as standalone treatments. They are built into the appointment rather than offered as an afterthought, so the condition of your hair is protected at every stage.
Natural blonde is a question of tone, placement, and restraint. Highlights are placed to follow the way hair lightens naturally in the sun, and toners are chosen to work with your natural depth rather than against it. The result grows out softly, without a hard line, with warmth managed at each visit rather than stripped out in one go.
Less often than you might expect. Because the colour is designed to grow out gracefully, most clients return every six to ten weeks rather than every four. At your consultation we will agree a realistic rhythm based on your colour, your natural depth, and how you like to wear your hair.
Treat it gently. Wash less often than you think you need to, use a sulphate-free shampoo made for coloured hair, and protect it from heat and strong sun. At your appointment we will recommend a small number of products suited to your colour, and nothing more than your hair actually needs.
Absolutely. The right products can make a real difference to how your hair looks, feels and behaves between appointments. Your stylist or colourist will recommend what is genuinely suited to your hair, explain how and when to use it, and keep your routine as simple as possible. It’s about choosing what your hair actually needs, rather than filling your bathroom with products it doesn’t.
These concerns are far more common than you might think, and getting the right advice can make a real difference. We work closely with the hair and scalp specialists at Philip Kingsley, who are resident with us once a month. Whether you’re concerned about your scalp, thinning, fine hair or hair loss, their specialists can offer expert advice, answer your questions and recommend the most appropriate care and treatment for you.
